Musical inspiration
One of the greatest things about adversity is the way that people support each other in so many ways. To start what will be a showcase of musical talent within our community, we have news that the Thursday night appreciation for Key Workers has now been joined by a young local ​trio, performing in the centre of the Village square. Within our group of volunteers we have three talented musicians who are old Foremarkians, Reptonians and Denstonians and stepped forward to lead one of our Cluster Groups. The group was later named the Music Cluster. The boys, all in Lower Sixth have worked tirelessly, holding regular virtual meetings, contacting musical peers at Universities and local schools to produce a CD and online recordings. It is a collection of various music genres, hoping to provide those isolating with something to enjoy, knowing that it was made with them in mind.
