Repton Parishioners are all invited to enter a scarecrow competition over the school half term holidays/Whitsun week (May 22nd to May 31st). We are running this in conjunction with the Repton Open Garden Scheme organisers.

When you have made and installed your scarecrow in front of your property, please post at least one picture of him/her/it here on our Repton Community COVID-19 Facebook page to enter the competition. If you don't have access to Facebook, you could always send the photo to someone who does and they can upload it for you.

Judging of the best and most original scarecrows will take place on Saturday 30th May and winners will be notified on the Facebook page on Sunday 31st May. There are several prizes, so plenty of chance to win!

A few necessary rules & regulations:

All scarecrows must be displayed at the front of your property, positioned so that it is unnecessary for anyone to access your property to view them.

Scarecrows must be secured in a manner that ensures they do not blow away or otherwise be a danger or possibly cause injury to anyone or obstruction on paths or roads.
